The role involves leading all aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) and portfolio management, collaborating with cross functional teams for successful product launches. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and effectively communicating goals to stakeholders. The individual will drive material readiness with the supply chain, participate in earl
